Infrastructure, Sustainability and Capital Planning is responsible for the operations and continuous maintenance of the grounds, buildings and utilities at Victoria University, which includes:

• 800,000 ft²of campus
• 6 academic and administrative buildings
• 4 residences
• 1 student centre
• 1 theatre
• 2 libraries
