At Victoria University, we continue to be guided by the advice from local public health authorities and by the Ontario government, in collaboration with leadership from across the University of Toronto.
Supports for Staff and Faculty
Victoria University in the University of Toronto is planning for a gradual return to campus in the fall of 2021 for all staff and faculty. Unit heads, in consultation with Victoria University senior leadership and their teams, will determine arrangements for on- or off-campus work. The health and wellbeing of Victoria students, faculty and staff is of primary importance.
UCheck is a web portal that is available to every member of the U of T community, including Victoria University staff and faculty, who has a UTORid. UCheck is used for completing a health screening assessment and for submitting proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
COVID-19 Health Screening
For every day that you work on campus, you are required to fill out a health screening self-assessment. Please log on and complete your health screening on UCheck before you arrive at work each day.
The completion of this screening is mandatory as a condition of entry into Victoria University. The data collected will be stored securely and will only be shared as necessary for the strict purpose of support for contact tracing should there be a risk to the University and its community members due to a positive case of COVID-19.
If you are unable to access the UCheck online self-assessment or choose not to use UCheck, you can instead use the paper-based Victoria University Screening Form. You are required to fill out this form and send it to your Manager before you arrive at work on campus.
