Latest News: July 1, 2022

We are preparing for the fall and welcoming students back. The energy and excitement of a busy and active campus will be met with the same commitment to health and wellness and we will update you as our plans evolve.

Beginning July 1, 2022, Victoria University’s mask requirement will be lifted. This is consistent with a recent announcement by U of T and public health regulations and is reflective of the current pandemic environment.

We recognize that individuals will make independent choices about whether to wear a mask indoors, and we ask you to be respectful of other people’s decisions.

As always, we are prioritizing the health and wellness of staff, faculty and students and will monitor the pandemic situation closely.

Vaccination and Screening

The requirement for UCheck health screening and proof of vaccination for current employees will be on pause beginning May 1, 2022.

Victoria University continues to encourage all faculty, staff and students to get vaccinated including all booster doses.
