For assistance from maintenance, please submit a Fiix maintenance service request to Victoria University in the University of Toronto.
Fiix can be used by students, faculty and staff of Victoria University to report any of the following problems experienced in buildings on campus:
- Heating
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Locks
- Broken furniture
- Cleaning
- Lightbulb changes
You can also download the Fiix app on your Android or iOS device. Be sure to enter "vicu." when prompted, and submit a service request via your mobile device.
Maintenance Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
