The Health and Safety Program is coordinated through a Joint Health and Safety Committee of workers and managers, which meets four times a year in accordance with the regulations of Ontario's Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Based on the work of the Committee, senior management implements a Continuous Improvement Plan each year, which covers program development, training and communication.
